The OLED0821 is an 8 x 2 character alphanumeric display that uses Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) technology. OLED technology improves readability by offering a high contrast display with wide viewing angles and requires significantly less power to operate than VFD or even LCD units.
The OLED0821 is available with a variety of communication interfaces, including RS232, TTL, and I2C. It offers a single five volt output designed to control external devices. With multiple colour options, this versatile display can upgrade the look of an existing product, or become the focal point of a new design.
