| Shipping Policy |

- All orders (purchase orders and e-commerce orders) are non-cancellable and non-returnable (NCNR), (parts under warranty or sent for repair are returnable for repair but not for refund or credit).
- Any defects, cosmetic or visual, must be reported to technical support within 15 days of receipt of goods.
- Please open your package to make sure all items are accounted for. Orders not checked after 15 business days (from receipt of goods) for missing items will not be replaced.
- We are located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Postal Code: T2A 7W6.
- We use only FedEx or UPS.
- In most countries you will have to pay an import tax. The import tax varies from country to country and we here at Matrix Orbital do not know how much individual governments impose on their citizens. Please check import tax rates with your government.
- Companies who wish to use their own FedEx or UPS account number may do so. For e-commerce orders, there is a section available to enter in your own FedEx or UPS account number.
- Customers on terms can add their FedEx or UPS number to their purchase order with instructions.
- Please note: We have no FedEx Ground pick up available.
- Matrix Orbital will not take any responsibility for any extra charges incurred by customers in the form of government taxes, duties, brokerage fees or any other type of cost associated with shipping.
- We will however, continually look for less expensive solutions in shipping methods.
- Due to the couriers we use we can not ship to P.O. Boxes or Overseas Military P.O. Boxes.
- Please note that the shipping date differs from the order date. Confirmation of payment may take up to two days to arrive to us. Once we receive confirmation then the order is processed. Delays in shipping due to confirmation of payment could include the following reasons:
- Bill to address and ship to address are different. This may happen if you use a personal credit card and ship the product to a work or school address.
- Matrix Orbital will not under any circumstances ship product from a bill to address in one country to a ship to address in another country.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to send our products via the regular postal service or receive displays back via the postal service.
- We also cannot accept ground shipments or send ground shipments (does not apply to Canadian customers), because of custom and brokerages fees. We can only accept and send parts via air options because the customs and brokerage fees are included in the cost and there is no way to anticipate what these fees will be with a ground service.
- Customers are encouraged to purchase from a distributor in their area if shipping charges are an issue. Even if the distributor does not stock the part the customer is looking for, most distributors will order the parts in for customers upon request.

- Matrix Orbital is limited to the replacement or repair of any defective items not including those listed under the void conditions. Matrix Orbital will not be held responsible for any successive or ensuing events in relation to which the product is used.
- Matrix Orbital LCD's are not made for use in life support products, appliances, systems, or devices, which, if a malfunction occurs could cause or result in personal injury or death. Matrix Orbital Corporation customers who decide to sell or use these LCD's for use in such instances do so at risk to themselves or their company and agree to indemnify Matrix Orbital Corporation for any damages resulting from such a function.
