In most countries, an import tax will apply to any shipments received. This tax can vary greatly from place to place and Matrix Orbital has no knowledge of it's value in any country. Matrix Orbital will not be responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees applied to shipments. Please seek import tax rate information from the local government authority.

Matrix Orbital can ship using a valid customer FedEx or UPS account. When Matrix Orbital ships using it's own account it will pay government taxes, duties, and brokerage fees when shipping to the United States only. If a customer account is used, the customer will be responsible for these fees.

Due to currier restrictions, Matrix Orbital cannot ship to PO or Overseas Military boxes. A shipping address must be in the same country as the purchase billing address. Matrix Orbital may delay shipping to confirm an address when billing and shipping addresses differ.

Please note that the shipping date differs from the order date. Confirmation of payment may take up to two days to arrive to us. Once we receive confirmation then the order is processed.

Customers are encouraged to purchase from a distributor in their area if shipping charges are an issue. Even if the distributor does not stock the part the customer is looking for, most distributors will order the parts in for customers upon request. Shipping to Quebec:

Due to the legal restrictions of the Quebec French Language Charter, we are unable to ship to Quebec. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Insurance is not included in shipping costs and Matrix Orbital is not responsible for any damages incurred during transportation. Matrix Orbital does not under any circumstance offer any guarantee or refund with regard to arrival dates.

Matrix Orbital is limited to the replacement or repair of any defective items not including those listed under the void conditions. Matrix Orbital will not be held responsible for any successive or ensuing events in relation to which the product is used.
Matrix Orbital displays are not made for use in life support products, appliances, systems, or devices, which, if a malfunction occurs could cause or result in personal injury or death. Matrix Orbital Corporation customers who decide to sell or use these displays for use in such instances do so at risk to themselves or their company and agree to indemnify Matrix Orbital Corporation for any damages resulting from such a function.
